This choices is for you if you or your attorney have NOT YET officially filed your bankruptcy. You will need this certificate of completion for Credit Counseling before you can file.

Make this choice if you or your attorney have ALREADY officially filed your bankruptcy. You will need this certificate for completion of an Financial Education class before your bankruptcy can be discharged (completed).
