Often collection letters from creditors are computer generated. These letters may be automatic and no cause for concern. However, if you receive any correspondence that relates to legal collection action or information regarding the transfer of your account from one creditor to another, send a copy of the correspondence to our office as soon as possible. If you aren't certain which type of correspondence to send, send it all and we will determine what course of action is necessary. Never assume the creditor is giving us the same information that they are providing to you. |
