It is normal for there to be a difference between the balance on your creditor statement and the balance shown on your quarterly DS statements. This may be due to a payment sent after the statement was printed and sent. If the difference is greater than a normal payment, please call us. In most cases it will take four consecutive payments for your creditors to bring your account current and for your statements to properly reflect any concessions the creditor is willing to make on your account. |
