Will all finance charges, late and over-limit fees stop after I sign-up for a Debt Management Plan?

The good news is that many creditors will reduce or even stop finance charges.  These same creditors often stop late and over-limit fees after they receive the third consecutive payment.  Please note, that if payments are missed or late, creditors will probably resume all the high charges and fees.
