In most cases, yes.  We contact your creditors after you make your first full payment and most creditors will stop phone calls when they know you are enrolled in a DMP.  However, it may take up to 30 days for an account to be set-up and the collection calls may continue.  At this point, we suggest that once an account is on the program and calls continue you redirect the creditor to our office.  If you have concerns about your creditors or accounts, we are happy to help any way we can.
